I never know about your town, but the weather institution of my home town is often sniggered at, for their in-accurate forecasts. When they say it will rainfall (like they expected a week ago) you can be sure it will be warm and shiny. I would like to present them this “Window Phone”, that creates precise forecasts and even changes its screen to indicate the weather circumstances conditions outside. Maybe I should keep the device for myself and bug the institution with my up-dates.
