BMW Team and Toyota Engine Organization (TMC) declare that they have finalized an agreement on collaborative analysis in the field of next-generation lithium-ion power supply tissues and have started said analysis. The agreement follows the memorandum of knowing concerning a mid-to-long-term cooperation on next-generation environment-friendly automobiles and technological innovation declared by the two companies on Dec 1, 2011.
The study being performed under the agreement is concentrating on increasing the efficiency and potential of lithium-ion power supply tissues through the use of new blends of materials for cathodes, anodes and water.
In addition to the collaborative analysis agreement between BMW Team and TMC, Toyota Engine Western countries (TME), TMC's Western additional, and BMW Team joined into a contract-also declared on Dec 1, 2011-under which BMW Team is to supply highly effective 1.6 litre and 2.0 litre diesel fuel applications to TME starting in 2014.
