Acer Inc. states this year's initial economical results, with the managing income of NT$0.1B (US$2.4M) in Q4, comprising a transformation from managing reduction to income in the last one fourth.
According to Acer's initial economical results, the combined income for Q4 2011 was NT$127.7B (US$4.2B), up 8.3% quarter-on-quarter (QOQ), managing income was NT$0.1B
(US$2.4M), income after tax (PAT) was NT$0.1B (US$2.5M) and income per share (EPS) was NT$0.03. These numbers signify a transformation to income for Acer after back-to-back failures in Q2 and Q3 2011.
In 2011, Acer's initial combined income was NT$475.5B (US$15.7B), decreasing 24.4% YOY. Mainly due to the one-time write-off in EMEA in Q2, Acer's yearly managing reduction achieved NT$6.4B (US$212M), PAT was -NT$6.6B (-US$219M), and EPS was -NT$2.52.
During Q4 2011, Acer's combined income dropped 14.4% and managing income lowered 98.4%, in comparison to the same period of 2010.
After the business and ideal improvements from Q2 2011, Acer's current economical and business function is becoming more healthy and constant.
