Yesterday, T-Mobile USA, Inc. declared a binding agreement with Verizon wireless Wifi for the buy and return of certain Innovative Wifi Solutions (AWS) spectrum permits in 218 marketplaces across the U.S. The deal will enhance T-Mobile's spectrum place in 15 of the top 25 marketplaces in the U.S. by offering an chance of T-Mobile both to obtain extra AWS spectrum and to straighten its current spectrum holdings.
